You do not usually feel any direct benefit from taking this medicine, but it works in the long term to keep you well. You should take it regularly as prescribed for this medicine to be most effective, even if you feel better.

Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.
Cloneon Injection is a medicine used in the urgent treatment of hypertensive emergency (severely increased blood pressure). It brings about rapid reduction in blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels. Lowering the blood pressure helps to prevent future stroke and heart attack. Cloneon Injection is injected by or under the supervision of a doctor. Continuous blood pressure monitoring is needed while giving this medicine. You should continue all your medicines that are advised by the doctor for long-term treatment of hypertension even after this emergency injection. Common side effects associated with this injection includes dizziness, dry mouth, and constipation. You must inform the doctor if you are suffering from any liver or kidney disease. Before taking it, let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Driving : UNSAFE

Cloneon Injection may cause blurring of your vision for a short time just after its use. Do not drive until your vision is clear.

Kidney : CAUTION

If you miss a dose of Cloneon Injection, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
