It is often used to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be caused due to some medicines or cancer treatment. This medicine helps you recover more comfortably from cancer treatments such as radiation therapy or chemotherapy. It is also effective at preventing nausea and vomiting after an operation (in adults only). The dose will depend on what you are being treated for but always take this medicine as it is prescribed. In Treatment of Indigestion Indigestion means discomfort of mainly the upper part of your stomach which may also have other symptoms such as stomach pain, bloating, feeling full etc. Clomet 10mg Tablet improves the movement of food in your stomach and gut (intestine). This relieves these symptoms and helps in proper digestion of food. Take Clomet 10mg Tablet as prescribed by the doctor. Think about what foods trigger indigestion and try to avoid them; eat smaller, more frequent meals; try to lose weight if you are overweight, and try to find ways to relax. Do not eat within 3-4 hours of going to bed. In Treatment of Heartburn Heartburn is a burning feeling in your chest caused by stomach acids traveling back up towards your throat and mouth (acid reflux). Clomet 10mg Tablet improves the movement of food in the stomach and helps prevent heartburn. Some simple lifestyle changes can help stop or reduce heartburn. Think about what foods trigger heartburn and try to avoid them; eat smaller, more frequent meals; try to lose weight if you are overweight and try to find ways to relax. Do not eat within 3 to 4 hours of going to bed.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Clomet 10mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Clomet 10mg Tablet is a prescription medicine used to treat nausea, vomiting, indigestion, and heartburn. It prevents the feeling of fullness during or shortly after a meal and helps reduce symptoms caused by the flow of the stomach contents back into the food pipe. Clomet 10mg Tablet is taken before meals preferably at bedtime in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine. The most common side effects are restlessness, fatigue, and weakness. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can worsen your sleepiness. Before taking this medicine, you should let your doctor know if you have liver or kidney problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor.

Breast feeding : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

Clomet 10mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving : UNSAFE

Clomet 10mg Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Clomet 10mg Tablet may cause drowsiness, dizziness, dyskinesia and dystonias which could affect the vision and may interfere with the ability to drive.

Kidney : CAUTION

Clomet 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Clomet 10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

Clomet 10mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Clomet 10mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Clomet 10mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
