In Constipation Constipation refers to irregular passing of stools, or hard and dry stools that makes it difficult to pass stools. Blokcid L 75mg/10mg Tablet helps to stimulate bowel movements. It increases the movement of the intestines, this helps empty your bowels and relieve constipation. It relieves the pain and discomfort caused due to constipation and improves your quality of life. Eat more high-fiber foods including fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water to prevent constipation from happening.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Blokcid L 75mg/10mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Blokcid L 75mg/10mg Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of constipation. It works by softening the stools, thus helps in the easy passage of stools. It also prevents the reflux of stomach acid into the food pipe and prevents excess production of stomach acid. Blokcid L 75mg/10mg Tablet is taken without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine. The most common side effects are nausea, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, dryness in mouth, fatigue, flatulence, and headache. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects. This medicine may also cause sleepiness and dizziness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can worsen your sleepiness. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. You should also tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney diseases so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you.
