In Treatment of Bacterial eye infections B-Fax Ophthalmic Solution is used to treat bacterial infection of the eyes such as conjunctivitis or pink eye. It stops the growth of bacteria causing infection and helps relieve pain, swelling, redness, itching or irritation in the eyes. Use it 2-3 times a day for atleast a week or as prescribed by the doctor. Your symptoms might improve after using B-Fax Ophthalmic Solution. However, make sure to complete the full course of treatment. This will ensure that the infection is completely cured and prevent it from returning. In Treatment of Bacterial infections B-Fax Ophthalmic Solution is a combination of medicines, Ofloxacin and Betamethasone. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that stops the growth of the bacteria that is causing the infection. Betamethasone helps relieve symptoms such as pain, redness, itching, soreness, watery eyes, or ear discharge caused due to eye/ear infections. The dose and duration of treatment will be decided by your doctor based on your condition. Make sure you complete the full course of treatment. This will ensure that the infection is completely cured and prevent it from returning.

This medicine is for external use only. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off extra liquid.
