In Pain due to smooth Muscle spasm Antrenyl 5mg Tablet effectively relieves smooth muscle pain, stiffness or spasm, thereby improving muscle movement. It relaxes the muscles and improves movement of food. This helps to treat cramps, pain, bloating and discomfort. Take a fiber-rich diet, avoid oily or spicy food and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated. Eventually, it will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Antrenyl 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Antrenyl 5mg Tablet is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of pain due to smooth muscle spasm. It also relieves pain due to intestinal and stomach ulcers. Antrenyl 5mg Tablet is taken with or without in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine. The most common side effects are dryness in mouth, excessive thirst, reduced bronchial secretions, increased heart rate, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), and constipation. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects. It may also cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can worsen your sleepiness. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you have liver and kidney disease.

Antrenyl 5mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding : CAUTION

Antrenyl 5mg Tablet should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

Driving : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

It is not known whether Antrenyl 5mg Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

If you miss a dose of Antrenyl 5mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
