Amnurite Beta 5/20 ER Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of migraine. It works by increasing the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that help in relieving pain sensation. It also helps in elevating your mood and relaxes the nerves in the brain. Amnurite Beta 5/20 ER Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach. However, it is advised to take it at a fixed time each day to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the blood. In case you have missed any dose, take it as soon as you remember. Never skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important not to stop taking this medicine suddenly as it may worsen your symptoms. Some common side effects of this medicine include sedation, fatigue, slow heart rate, insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), tiredness, blurred vision, dryness in mouth, difficulty in urination, constipation, nightmares, and cold extremities.
