It works by blocking a natural substance in the brain that causes nausea and vomiting. Using Akynzeo 300mg/0.5mg Capsule helps you recover more comfortably from chemotherapy. The recommended dose is one capsule taken by mouth one hour before starting chemotherapy. Please follow your doctor's instruction for the dose and duration of taking Akynzeo 300mg/0.5mg Capsule.

If you miss a dose of Akynzeo 300mg/0.5mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
