SPIGELIA MOTHER TINCTURE This remedy is prepared by powdering the Spigelia plant. This homeopathic mother tincture is especially useful in the following conditions- Heart It is an excellent remedy for angina. It works well in cases with palpitation, breathlessness and intense pain extending to arms. Dyspn?a; must lie on right side with head high. Headache Migraine, violent pain from temples to the eye on the left side with a sensation of band around the head. Mouth Can reduce sensitivity of teeth especially of the left side.
