Netiwash Nasal Sachet is recommended in: Nasal Allergies & Dryness Nasal Symptoms from Flu & Cold Post Nasal Drip & Nasal Congestion Post operatively to clean the nasal passage Instructions for Use: Step 1 - Please wash your hands. Step 2 - Fill the clean bottle with designated volume of lukewarm distilled, filtered water. Step 3 - Cut the Netiwash Nasal Rinse mixture sachet at the corner Step 4 - Pour its contents into the bottle Step 5 - Tighten the cap & tube on the bottle securely. Step 6 - Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level & tilt your head down Step 7 - Place one finger over the tip of the cap & shake the bottle gently to dissolve the mixture. Step 8 - Keeping your mouth open, without holding your breath; place the cap snugly against your nasal passage. Step 9 - For a proper rinse; keep squeezing the bottle gently until the solution starts draining from the opposite nasal passage, use at least 60ml to 120ml solution.
