It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Keflor 125 mg syrup at a fixed time.
Keflor 125 mg syrup may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heartbeat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure with alcohol (Disulfiram reactions).
Keflor 125 mg syrup is probably safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor. PROBABLY SAFE
Do not start or continue the cefaclor and consult your doctor: If you have diarrhea, stomach infection, or a blood clotting disorder. If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breast feeding. If you have a metabolic disorder caused by a deficiency in the production of the liver enzyme phenylalanine (phenylketonuria). If the infection is not found to be because of bacteria or when it is used for prevention of infection.
Keflor 125 mg syrup is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor.
